SUMMARY:

The quality of life is a broad theme that encompasses various aspects of human life, including physical and mental health, social relationships, and job satisfaction. In the context of the State Legislative Power, the Legislative Assembly of Roraima (ALE-RR) promotes services and programs aimed at promoting Quality of Life at Work (QWL) through a Health Center that provides medical, nutritional, and psychological care to employees. Additionally, atypical2 programs are executed to extend and promote health and well-being for the community, such as the Youth Conviviality Center, offering various physical activities, and the Autism Support Center, providing assistance to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. However, there is a lack of virtual dissemination and accessibility to the actions and services offered. In this context, this study proposes an incremental innovation through the development of a web tool aimed at improving the quality of life of ALE-RR employees. The research involved technological prospecting in national and international databases, as well as direct observation on the portals of legislative assemblies. The results led to the development of a web tool with a simple interface, allowing users to access information about health and wellbeing and facilitating appointment scheduling. Integrating this tool into the ALE-RR web portal aims to increase the participation of employees and the community in health promotion and quality of life initiatives.
