THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PEDAGOGICAL PROPOSAL FOR COUNTRYSIDE SCHOOLS FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOA VISTA/RR

The object of study addresses the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) as an instrument of organizational change in a rural school in the municipality of Boa Vista, in the state of Roraima, trying to answer the question of how the construction process is carried out and implementation of the Pedagogical Political Project and the challenges encountered therein inclusion of rural knowledge in the proposal. The objective set for this studio is to investigate how the Pedagogical Political Project of the studied school if there is reflected in the actions of pedagogical management and its organizational structure. For To achieve this objective, we also propose three specific objectives, namely: describe the context in which the PPP was implemented in the studied school, having considers the participation of the actors involved in this process; analyze how organized the work behind the implementation of the PPP in the studied school and its relationship with school management planning; understand pedagogical practices developed in the rural school of Boa Vista/RR, taking into account the challenges of attention to the needs of its audience. Our propositions are what the proposals pedagogical measures collected in the PPP are only being used in the organization of administrative work and in the planning of classes, given that it could have been discussed democratically by teachers, priests and students. For this, we use as an investigation methodology, semi-structured interviews and investigation documentary, with the objective of understanding how the PPP has served as an instrument of school organization.
