Inclusive education in Brazil is regulated by law, where regular education schools must provide access, retention and quality of education for all students, including those with disabilities. Therefore, implement inclusive education in the units Education has become the fundamental commitment. Considering that Brazilian society recognizes itself as egalitarian and democratic. Directly observe the pedagogical processes and practices aimed at children, the target audience of Education Children, especially those in the nursery phase, are of significant importance. Even if a significant affirmative progress regarding the implementation of the principles of inclusion, considering the milestones laws, as well as international pacts on guaranteeing children's rights, it cannot be understood that pedagogical practices aimed at children in the nursery phase are permanent and immutable. In view of the above the objective of our project is to comprehensively analyze the pedagogical practice aimed at children from birth to three years old who are enrolled in a Municipal Day Care Center in the City of Manaus, State of Amazonas. To this end, we also focus on evaluating the training of these teachers and whether their practices are being enhancing the interactions of these children. Considering that the daycare center is a first transition space for domestic experience to the community experience of the vast majority of children who have their rights guaranteed of being enrolled in this environment, which enables the integral development of their identities, whose children's rights are being duly respected. Methodologically we will be observing the routine of daycare, reception, as well as the experiences suggested for children from zero to three years old so that it is possible analyze how the pedagogical practice of this space takes place, with a view to inclusive education. The obtained results will be analyzed and exposed to this school community in a mini-course format. Aiming to provide a discussion in order to enable a general assessment of practices, what can be improved, what can be changed and what can remain. Taking into account ways to propose experiences that serve children with a focus on achieving inclusion.
